Returns & Refunds:
You have 30 calendar days from date you received your Hyperice order to start the return process. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.
- Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Your refund will initiate within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
- NormaTec products are a class 2 medical device in Canada and cannot be returned once opened. If there is any concern with the performance of the product, Hyperice will replace within 30 days or repair outside of 30 days at no charge to the customer.
